Fates Hollow
From Monday 17th June onwards, our band of the week on Tameside Radio's Local Music Spotlight feature are Fates Hollow. Consisting of Reece Warburton, James Glenn, Tom West and Adam Jones, Fates Hollow are a progressive and alternative rock band from Manchester.
The band draw their inspiration from a diverse range of influences, blending the complexity of progressive rock with the experimental spirit of alternative genres, also adding a touch of musical theatre, to create a unique voice in the landscape of modern underground rock music.
The music of Fates Hollow is designed to play as the soundtrack to an anthology of stories the band have created, with each track released so far playing out as its own narrative. Since forming in the Summer of 2023, the band have already played over a dozen live shows. In March of this year, Fates Hollow successfully crowdfunded over a thousand pounds to begin work on their debut album, Part One of a double concept album known as 'The Heir Apparition'. The bands next single, 'Child Of Fortune', is due out on all major streaming services on June 25th and will be accompanied by a lyric video.
With many shows booked throughout the remainder of the year, there will also be plenty of chances to catch the band live. Their debut album "The Heir Apparition Part One - Broken Crowns" will be released on September 3rd. Fates Hollow will be played on every weekday show on Tameside Radio between 6am and 7pm during the week starting Monday 10th June. The band also joined the team on The Dave Sweetmore Show last Monday night, you can listen again via the OnDemand section of the website.
