Tameside, Oldham & Glossop MIND are hosting their 'Mental Elf' event on Sunday 1st December
I's their very first mental elf fun run in Oldham at Alexandra Park. Join them for a family friendly festive fun event. You can choose to walk or run the 5km. It's open to all abilities and ages.
Fancy dress is optional (but not essential). All participants will receive a 2024 Mental Elf Medal.
All the proceeds enable Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind to support more people in the local community with their mental health and wellbeing.
