Friends and relatives of a young man who collapsed and died after playing football have launched a fundraiser in his memory.
Twenty seven-year-old Jack Derbyshire died after playing six-a-side football with his pals.
Jack, who was engaged to be married, leaves behind a three-year-old daughter.
Now hundreds of people have donated to the gofundme page set up by Shannon Hulme, on behalf of her sister Charlotte - Jack' partner.
Shannon said: "My sister received the most heartbreaking and devastating news of her life.
"Her fiance and the love of her life Jack passed away after playing a game of football.
"Jack had been under the cardiologist for a heart condition and he collapsed after the game and sadly he didn't survive.
"It has left a massive hole in everyone's lives especially Charlotte and Jack's little girl Lyla who has lost her daddy.
"Charlotte is now grieving the loss of Jack and should be able to take as much time as needed before she feels ready enough to go back to work without having to worry about finances.
"I've set this up to try and help Charlotte take as much time as she needs and help her with her bills for the next few months.
"Any help is appreciated as it will help Charlotte take the time she needs to be with her little girl in the most heartbreaking and devastating time of her life."
Jack was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation – an irregular and often abnormally fast heart rate – and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), a condition that causes the heart to enlarge and weaken.
He was awaiting the fitting of an internal defibrillator.
However, despite his heart condition, Manchester City fan Jack liked to play for a few minutes with his friends in a six-a-side league he had helped to set up.
Last Monday, after finishing playing, he returned to his car after playing at Curzo Ashton FC's ground The Tameside Stadium.
When his friends returned to their cars, they found Jack collapsed.
They called for an ambulance and tried to help him with CPR, but he could not be saved.
Jack was assistant manager at the McDonald's in Denton where he worked alongside his brother Tom, 20.
He lived in Stalybridge with his fiancée Charlotte and their daughter Lyla, three.
