Police arrested six suspects and made 25 charges during a crackdown on anti-social behaviour in Hyde town centre and Denton.
As part of Operation North Star, the Hyde Neighbourhood Policing Team merged forces with the Ashton Neighbourhood Policing Team to focus on criminality within Hyde Town Centre, Snipe Retail Park and Denton Crown Point.
Plain clothes officers supported by the division's community support officers made the arrests.\
One was a an wanted for five thefts and five breaches of a criminal behaviour order. Another man was arrested for theft at Crown Point.
A man wanted for burglary was detained and another was arrested over seven suspected thefts. Another man was held on theft charges.
A woman wanted for theft was also arrested.
A police spokesman said: "It was an excellent result for the public and the Neighbourhood Policing Teams involved."
