Derbyshire police have issued a video warning of the dangers of drink and drug driving over Christmas and New Year.
It's the season for Christmas parties, festive lunches and family get togethers.
Unfortunately, this also means that we see a rise in drink and drug drivers, who risk more than just their own lives when they get behind the wheel.
This year, police are e-releasing their video from 2022, Driving Home for Christmas. It aims to raise awareness of the real life dangers we unfortunately see every year, and how such a decision can shatter many people’s lives.
You can do your part in preventing drink or drug driving by calling out loved ones' behaviours, and reporting to us when you think someone is at risk.
