GMP have appealed for help in finding a man suspected of stealing from electrical stores throughout Greater Manchester.
30-year-old Daniel Perkins is wanted in connection with a series of thefts in Tameside, Stockport, Trafford and Wythenshawe.
A statement from the force said: “Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of Perkins is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 841-12102024. Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
Meanwhile, police in Tameside are keen to see CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage of a man acting suspiciously around Broadoak Road in Ashton on Friday morning.
“It was reported that this male had been knocking on people's houses and was carrying a cannister, possibly spray paint, and when challenged he ran away,” said PCSO Helen Brockett of the Tameside North Neighbourhood Team.
“This male was described as a 5'11, white, slim male, wearing a black balaclava, a black and white hoody, bright blue shorts, black trainers with white socks.”
“Please be vigilant and if you experience anything similar, please report to police on 101.”
