Dave Sweetmore has been speaking to Alison Wheeler, who fronts The South - a spin-off band from The Beautiful South, ahead of their appearance at Buxton Opera House on Saturday.
She tells the Tameside Radio presenter how she joined the band in 2003, when they split up and reformed as The South and what they are currently up to.
