Students at St Philip Howard Catholic Academy in Glossop engaged in lots of activities to mark World Mental Health Day.
Centre Stage Dance Academy and Andrew Cornner from Glossop Military Fitness paid a visit to the Sunlaws Street school last Friday (8 October) to deliver sessions such as a mini boot camp, ariel hoop, street dancing and pilates.
Pupils also wore yellow and have raised around £450 for YoungMinds - a mental health charity for children, young people and their parents.
The school said it was a fantastic day and showed its young people that they're not alone with their mental health.
They said on their Facebook page: "Wearing yellow was a little thing we could do to make a big difference. We all celebrated the little things we can do to look after ourselves and support each other, and together, help to show young people they’re not alone with their mental health.
"The more people who show they care, the more comfortable young people will feel about talking to someone if they’re struggling."
