
A planning appeal has been lodged as a builder looks to overturn a decision by High Peak Borough Council.
As reported in the Glossop Chronicle in March, Vincent Napolitano was left stunned when his proposals for a Glossop property were rejected.
This was because he had revised his original proposals for 82 Sheffield Road after discussions with a planning officer, who said they were happy with them, and he was therefore confident they would be approved.
However instead of getting the seal of approval, he was expecting Vincent was shocked when his application was turned down.
Now he is taking the matter to the planning inspectorate who will ultimately have the final say.
