The latest meeting of the Glossop Business Network is coming up next week.
It will be held on Friday, 18 October, from 12pm to 2pm at Glossop Cricket and Bowling Club on North Road.
All local business people are welcome to come along to promote their business with like-minded people.
Club Secretary Debbie Lees will be speaking about her forthcoming Trek to Everest Base Camp, along with fellow member Elaine McDonald. They are raising funds for Prevent Breast Cancer – a charity close to Debbie’s heart.
The meeting is £15, which includes a meal – with a vegetarian option available.
Attendees are urged to bring as much promotional material as they wish, including roll-up banners.
Dogs Trust Manchester is raising awareness about why some dogs are trained to wear a muzzle, hoping to change perceptions and encourage more people to consider adopting one of the muzzled dogs patiently waiting for their forever homes.
