Buxton Opera House has a busy year ahead

For those who have missed their theatre fix, Buxton Opera House has a packed programme of events for the year ahead.

The Opera House has released a shortened version of the usual brochure, but it's still packed with events.

One of the most awaited events is Buxton Opera House and Buxton International Festival’s first ever co-production of A Little Night Music which will lift the curtain once more at the opera house on July 8.

Buxton International Festival itself will run from July 8-25 and is packed with all kinds of music and entertainment.

December will see the return of the family pantomime with Aladdin, while there will be big names from both stage and screen - including comedians - helping to welcome audiences back to the High Peak. These include Dave Spikey (October 27), Joel Dommett (November 17),  John Bishop (January 18-19, 2022), and Jason Manford (March 23 and May 13, 2022.
