People working and living in Glossopdale who want to get tested for Covid-19 are being informed about a location change for testing.
Mobile testing sites are available for people to get a PCR test - that is sent to a laboratory for analysis.
On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, it's based at the Gamesley Sports and Community Centre on Melandra Castle Road from 9am to 5pm.
Then on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, it's at the Redgra area on Fauvel Road in Glossop from 9am to 5pm.
The testing site at Glossopdale School in Hadfield is no longer in use.
People should book a slot online at https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test.
Everyone is welcome, with residents being encouraged to continue to get tested twice a week whether they have symptoms or not.
Done by taking a swab of the throat and nose, the PCR test is the most reliable test for Covid-19. Children under 11 should be helped by an adult.
Results are usually returned within one to two days and help to keep track of cases, including new variants of Covid-19.
