Children's clothes bank needs donations

A new community children's clothes bank in the High Peak is in need of donations.

Little Cherubs Clothing has been set up in Chapel-en-le-Frith to help support local families in these tough times amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Donations of items suitable for youngsters between the ages of 1 and 13 are being sought.

These include winter clothing, underwear, dressing gowns, hats, gloves, scarves, coats and pyjamas.

All clothing must be clean and items such as underwear and socks must be brand new.

Items can be donated at the following locations:

  • Rems, 29 Market Street, Chapel-en-le-Frith, SK23 OHP (on Mondays between 10am and 3pm, a collection box will be at the door for Covid-secure drops)

  • Chapel-en-le-Frith Town Hall (on Fridays between 10am and 12pm, at the entrance using the bin provided)

For more information, contact Sally by calling 07954 679 774, email covidclothesbank@gmail.com or send a message to the Facebook page
