On Saturday 4th March talented local choir, The Pennine Singers are performing their spring concert “Sing Joyfully” at 7.30pm in Glossop Parish Church.

The programme consists of pieces from the sacred and secular repertoire to include works by Bruckner, William Byrd, Palestrina, Rachmaninov, Vaughan Williams, John Bennett and a setting of “Do not stand at my grave and weep” by Joseph Twist which the choir were privileged to sing at the recent funeral of Vivienne Westwood.
