Some famous Disney characters are already making an appearance as Hayfield gets ready to celebrate the May Queen Festival.
Residents and businesses are being invited to join the fun by decorating their houses, windows, gardens, streets, shops, pubs and even lampposts.
The celebrations begin with the arrival of the funfair, open from Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 May.
The parade, which this year has a Disney theme, will be taking place on Saturday 13 May starting at 1.30pm.
Earlier in the day, children from Hayfield Primary School will be May Pole Dancing on the arena at the Old School Field at midday.
There will also be a variety of stalls both before and after the parade and further entertainment.
Then on Sunday 14 May, there will be a Food and Music Festival.
