Glossop Mountain Rescue Team were called on Saturday evening (15 October) to help a couple who got lost after their dog disappeared while visiting the B-29 crash site.

The couple found their dog, but the weather and fading light made it difficult for them to establish where they were.

Using phone find technology, team members were able to locate them and walked them back along the Pennine Way to Snake Summit where their vehicle was parked.
