Fire crews were required to put out a blaze in a kitchen at a house in New Mills.
Firefighters from Glossop and New Mills stations were called upon shortly after 8.30am on Wednesday morning (15 September) to attend the fire at a property on High Hill Road.
Wearing breathing apparatus, crews extinguished the flames using one hose reel jet and also ventilated the property.
