A developer's bid to reduce the number of affordable homes that need to be provided within a housing site in Chinley has been rejected.
Wainshomes North West wanted to reduce the number of affordable homes for the second phase of the development on land at Forge Road.
Documents to support the application state that a high level of abnormal costs mean the site is currently unviable for work to continue.
High Peak’s Development Control Committee determined there was insufficient evidence provided for them to change the conditions of the planning obligation.
