Back with a bang this year is the popular Glossop Bonfire and Fireworks Display, which promises to be bigger than ever.
Organisers are looking forward to welcoming Paralympic cycling champion Ben Watson, who will be lighting the bonfire alongside High Peak Mayor Councillor Paul Hardy.
Ben, 32, from Glossop, achieved double Paralympic champion status during his debut games in Tokyo recently.
Tickets have now gone on sale for the fun-filled evening, which is taking place at Manor Park on Saturday 6 November.
There will be two fireworks displays - one at 5.45pm for the kids and the main display at 7.15pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm.

Edward Siddall, from Glossop Round Table who organise the event, said Centre Stage will be there on the evening performing Dancing, Light Dancing and Trapeze shows to keep the crowd entertained.
There will also be a fully stocked bar with local real ales and a selection of beers wines and ciders along with a funfair providing rides suitable for young children right through to adults.
Tickets are available online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/glossop-roundtable. Advance tickets are being encouraged, as they are cheaper and also makes for easier entrance to the park on the night.
They can also be bought locally by cash or card at Roy Greens Butchers or Bay Tree Books on High St West in Glossop or D&D newsagents on Railway in St Hadfield and by cash only at Martins Manor Store on Manor Park Road, Glossop.
The event usually raises around £12,000 for local charities and good causes in the area and will be the biggest event in Glossop with fun for all the family.
