Dr Olivia left the NHS to do things 'her own way'

When Dr Olivia left her job in the NHS, she had no idea what her next venture would entail.

Olivia has now been working in the world of aesthetics for 6 years and left the NHS last year due to wanting to spend more time with her four kids and her growing business.

Medispa is Olivia’s first business, she comments: “It’s my first time setting up a business and I’ve really enjoyed it.

“When you come from a healthcare background, you don’t get taught any of this but I apply the same principles from the NHS to my treatments”

Olivia also reiterates the importance of her business coach as she said this "As the business grew, I knew there was so much for me to take on that it would detract from the time I could spend with my patients so taking someone on to help me navigate that journey was so useful.

It allowed me to make sure everyone got the best care but it also allowed me to grow in other areas of the business that I would have struggled with."

The clinic, which is based in Glossop offers a plethora of treatments such as dermal fillers, facials, mesotherapy and a range of skin boosters.

Dr Olivia is said to be a ‘perfectionist’ and ‘sets the highest standards in aesthetic enhancements and aims to work with you to deliver exceptional results.’
