No drivers were caught speeding by volunteers carrying out the latest Speed Watch on a busy road in Padfield.
The Hadfield Community Speed Watch team were on Padfield Main Road between 1pm and 2pm on Thursday afternoon (21 April).
The speed limit on the stretch of road where they were positioned is 40 miles per hour.
During the hour, a total of 119 vehicles went past in both directions. On this occasion, none were recorded driving above the speed limit.
A Glossop Police Safer Neighbourhood Team spokesperson said: "We ask that when driving through our villages in Derbyshire to please respect the speed limits.
"A big thank you once again to the three volunteers who completed the event.
"If a vehicle hits a pedestrian at 40mph, they only have a survival chance of 10 per cent. If they're hit at 30mph, they have a 80 per cent chance of survival."
