After a break due to Covid-19, the Nine Edges Endurance Challenge returns on Saturday (11th September).
There are just a few places left for those who can either walk, run, or climb their way to the finish, and help raise vital funds for Edale Mountain Rescue Team.
Walkers and runners largely follow the same route, but climbers take on a route of their choice at each of the nine gritstone edges. It is a with about 900 metres of height gain.
The weather should be good for the 20-mile off-road event challenge being held for the 15th time.
