Entries open for 'Round the Resers' race in Longdendale

Entries are open for this year's 'Round the Resers' race around the Longdendale valley, which will be raising money for local charity Mummy's Star.

The always popular five-mile race around Valehouse Reservoir in Tintwistle will take place on Wednesday 22 June at 7.30pm.

There is a list of prizes, which includes £70 for the first male and female runners.

It's £8 to enter and all proceeds will go to Hadfield-based charity Mummy's Star, which provides cancer support in or around pregnancy and helps families through birth, loss and more.
