
Plans have been submitted for a new restaurant to be created at the site of a former High Peak bank.
If approved, the development would also see the first floor of the Royal Bank of Scotland building on High Street in Chapel-en-le-Frith converted into two flats.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website www.highpeak.gov.uk
Plans that have been given the go ahead and approved by High Peak Borough Council include:
- Retrospective application to amend garden levels/terracing at 4 Meadow Rise, Simmondley.
- Demolition of attached single story outbuilding in order to extend to the side and rear of the farmhouse Shaw Marsh Farm, New Mills
- First floor extension over existing garage at 10 Cross Rise, Glossop
- Replacement rear extension at Wilshaw, Whitehough Head Lane, Whitehough
