Free packed lunches for children in summer holidays

Free packed lunches will be given out throughout the summer holidays for children in Glossopdale as part of a community initiative.

The service will be provided by Carmel Church in Hadfield, in conjunction with Hadfield Coming Together Group.

It will run every Wednesday from 26 July to 30 August from midday to 2pm.

A full timetable can be found on the Hadfield Coming Together Facebook page.

Everyone is welcome.

Children can also collect a book from 'My First Bible Stories' every week.
