A host of free activities are taking place in Chapel Memorial Park during the school holidays.

Each Tuesday afternoon between 2.30pm and 4.30pm there are multi sports including family rounders.

This week, on Thursday 19 August, families are invited to bring along a picnic to enjoy in the park between 4pm and 6pm, while on Friday 20th, there is family fitness from 9am to 10am.

On Monday 23rd, there is a Nature Day with drop-in activities taking place throughout the day between 10am and 4pm.

Then on Wednesday 1 September, there is a final event taking place - a Family Mile, where you can bring your own picnic from 11am to 1pm.

More details are available on the Chapel Parish Council website.
