Glossop launches online Christmas market

Glossop has launched its own online Christmas market.

With over 2,300 members, the market, created by Rhiannon Price, is providing a much-needed place for small and medium business owners to sell unique goods.

Members can browse by product and request bespoke gifts from sellers. Some of the things on offer are pamper hampers, hand-crafted jewellery, crochet creatures, birdboxes, and Christmas tree ornaments.

Rhiannon said: “I’ve already bought some really amazing things that I wouldn’t have known about if it weren’t for the market.”

Her intention is to keep it open after Christmas, calling it Glossop’s Online Market, as it allows for more people than a physical market.
