Glossopdale Foodbank needs your help

Glossopdale Foodbank is appealing for the public's support to donate items which it is currently running low on.

Glossop's main foodbank is short of the following items:

  • Tinned carrots
  • Potatoes 560g
  • Baked beans
  • Jam
  • Rice pudding
  • Tinned tuna
  • Tinned spaghetti
  • Packs of 80 tea bags
  • Tinned fruit (470g)
  • Soap
  • 1kg bags of sugar
  • Meat meals
  • Pasta sauce
  • Corned beef (340g)
  • 1kg bags of rice
  • Custard

Donations can be dropped in the donation baskets at the Co-op in Simmondley, Tesco Glossop, M&S in Glossop, Glossop Wholefoods on Norfolk Square, NatWest bank on High Street West, or Glossop Leisure Centre on High Street East. 

They can also be dropped off at Glossopdale Foodbank's lock-up at Unit 5 on Brookfield Industrial Estate on Peakdale Road. 

It's open between 9am and 11am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
