Glossopdale Labour councillors to hold Shoppers Surgery

(left to right) Cllr Ollie Cross, Cllr Bob Mckeown, Cllr Anthony Mckeown, Cllr Stewart Gardner and Cllr Becki Woods, who attended April's surgery.

This Saturday (29 May) is the last of the month, which means it's time for this month's Glossopdale Labour councillors' Shoppers Surgery.

The surgery runs from 10am to 11.30am at Glossop Market Arcade.

Anyone who isn't sure whether their issue is something a councillor can help with is still encouraged to pop along to the surgery.

People who can't attend Saturday's surgery can still get in touch with Labour councillors at any time - contact details can be found here: www.hplg.info

Alternatively, for all other borough councillors, details can be found on the borough council's website at http://www.highpeak.gov.uk/, and for county councillors at http://www.derbyshire.gov.uk.

Anyone attending Saturday's surgery is asked to wear a face covering - unless exempt - and respect social distancing restrictions.

The following councillors will be present:

  • Anthony Mckeown (who represents Gamesley ward)
  • Ollie Cross (who represents Padfield ward)
  • Damien Greenhalgh (who represents Howard Town on High Peak Borough Council, and Glossop and Charlesworth Division on Derbyshire County Council)
  • Rob Baker (who represents Tintwistle ward)
  • Bob Mckeown (who represents Hadfield South ward)
  • Becki Woods (who represents Etherow Division - Gamesley, Hadfield and Tintwistle - on Derbyshire County Council)

The Glossopdale Labour councillors' Shoppers Surgery takes place on the last Saturday of the month except December. Following this weekend, the next surgery will be Saturday 26 June.
