Health team's heartfelt thanks for vaccine volunteers

Glossop Health Team has thanked everyone for helping out at their latest vaccine clinic.

They said: “It has been a busy and rewarding weekend completing second dose Pfizer vaccinations.

“Everyone has worked so hard, and on Sunday the weather was awful for the people coming to the centre and our volunteers and staff.

“Despite this though, everyone has taken it all in their stride to ensure we could get everyone in and vaccinated. We couldn’t ask for any more from anyone in our team, they all go above and beyond every day.

“On Good Friday and Easter Saturday we have another second dose Pfizer clinic. Everyone who is eligible should have been contacted to let them know.

“We will be giving our 15,000th vaccine, probably on Good Friday - what a celebration and achievement that will be and for everyone in Glossop and Hadfield.”
