Housing plans in Gamesley

A planning application has gone to High Peak Borough Council for the development of 50 homes at the former Samas Roneo Ltd site on Glossop Road in Gamesley.

It is said to constitute an amendment to part of the approved outline planning permission granted last year for the erection of residential development and associated works.

These included the demolition of the former Samas Roneo building on the site to the west and the approved ‘reserved matters application’ for the same site.
