The Iceland store in Glossop is set to close later this month, the supermarket chain has confirmed.
Staff at the store on the Wren's Nest Retail Park have already been told about the decision.
A spokesman for Iceland says it’s an "operational decision" to close the shop down.
Carpetright and Halfords in the same row have already shut their doors to the public, leaving only Pets At Home left open and trading.
Online deliveries from the Glossop store stopped in December, with internet orders now being dispatched from Hyde.
The news has been greeted with dismay on social media, with customers expressing their displeasure at the company’s decision.
One comment says: “Such a shame. The staff are so lovely and hard working there. Nothing is too much trouble. I hope they all can transfer to another branch."
Another says: "Such sad news, I have had nothing but good experiences with your store and the staff, this is awful news and I hope you have success at finding positions elsewhere. I will miss you.”
The store will permanently close at 4pm on Saturday 12 February.
Leaflets have been distributed to homes in Glossopdale, pointing out that the nearest store is now the Food Warehouse in Hyde.
