Lantern parade to come to Whitfield this week

The Friends of Whitfield are holding a lantern parade on Friday 13th December. 

The event begins at Whitfield Wells at 5.30pm where you can singing some carols with your own lantern.

There will then be a parade down towards the Vineyard. 

This festive event is ideal for all the family, with refreshments, crafts, games and face painting - all free. 

Father Christmas will also be making an appearance. 

You must bring your own lanterns but spare ones will be available.
