This Thursday sees local musicians Hannah Brine & Clive Gregson perform an intimate evening of beautifully crafted folk-pop, inspired by the great artists of the late 60s & early 70s.
The pair join forces on April 27th, at the High PeakBookstore & Cafe, as part of their Bookstock live music festival.
Hannah's voice has been compared to Karen Carpenter and Rumer and she's performed with the likes of Gary Barlow, Disney, and the London Symphony Orchestra. Clive will join Hannah on guitar and piano for the intimate gig.
Hannah says, "This is my first time performing at the bookstore and its such a lovely venue, and perfect for us. Clive is such a wonderful player and songwriter so its such a joy to be playing with him. I moved to the Peak District last year and it was so good to connect with someone locally of such high caliber, and he’s also a lovely man, and very funny, to boot. "
Hannah & Clive also perform at the Greenman Gallery as part of the Buxton Fringe festival on July 7th & 22nd.
