
A man has been arrested after a cannabis farm was discovered at a house on a main road in Glossop.
A spokesperson for Derbyshire Constabulary said police were called to a house on High Street West at 9.15am on Saturday morning (26 March).
Suspected cannabis plants were found by firefighters from Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, who had been called to the property regarding a water leak.
Police said a scene was in place for several hours whilst the plants were recovered.
They added that a 53-year-old man was later arrested for cultivation of cannabis.
