Man charged with burglary at a business in Buxton

A man from Stockport has been charged with burgling a bakery in Buxton.

It is in connection with an incident in the early hours of Sunday 31 March at Greggs on the Spring Gardens.

Anthony Parker of Lapwing Lane in Brinnington was due to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court yesterday, Tuesday 2 April.

The 36-year-old has been charged with burglary, possession of a bladed article and two counts of assaulting an emergency services worker.
