Glossop-based Dark Peak Music have started their usual busy run-up to Christmas.
The brass ensemble was at Old Glossop Victorian Christmas Market last Sunday, playing carols and other festive music.
This Sunday sees all Dark Peak Music Ensembles taking part in the annual Family Christmas concert in Glossop Parish Church.
It’s from 4.30pm to 6.30pm and is a ticketed event. Bookings are at ticketsource.co.uk.
Next Friday (December 13), Dark Peak Big Band is in concert at the Victoria Arts Centre, Glossop.
On Saturday (December 14), members will be busking in Glossop’s Marks and Spencer’s from 10am to 4pm.
The band’s last Christmas event is at 6.30pm on Wednesday, December 18 and features the brass ensemble playing for carols around the tree in Norfolk Square.
