
Here's our latest round-up of planning applications submitted to, and approved by, High Peak Borough Council.
New applications
A number of planning applications have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council, which include:
- Single storey extensions to the side and the rear at 7 Manchester Road, Tintwistle
- Application to determine if prior approval needed for proposed change of use from a private dance school to a single 3-bedroom dwelling house at 116 Victoria Street, Glossop
- Use of existing single dwelling as 5-bedroom family home incorporating minor elevational changes. Proposals include the space which was originally used as a shop at 92 High Street, New Mills
- Single storey rear extension at 27 Burnside Avenue, Chapel-en-le-Frith
Plans approved
Plans that have been given the go ahead and granted permission by High Peak Borough Council include:
- Side extension at first floor level over existing garage and kitchen at 24 Foxlea, Simmondley, Glossop
- Proposed loft conversion and dormer window at 25 Williamson Road, Whaley Bridge
- Proposed enlarged basement windows and Velux replaced with conservation Velux at 27 Norfolk Street, Glossop
- Single storey side extension with raised decked area to the rear at 18 Rosey Bank, Jane Lane, Buxworth
- Proposed first floor side extension at 3 Burwell Close, Simmondley, Glossop
