A detailed planning application for the provision of 100 new homes in Glossop has been submitted to High Peak Borough Council.
The site on land to the north of Dinting Road was previously granted outline approval back in 2017.
This application covers reserved matters including the style and size of the homes, layout, and landscaping.
It is proposed that 54 of the homes will be affordable, a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent.
The public have until 24 June to comment on the plans, which are due to go before High Peak’s Development Control Committee at their meeting in August.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk.
