Plans have been submitted for ten new homes to be built on vacant land on Bute Street in Old Glossop.
The proposals are for one four-bedroom and one three-bedroom detached houses, six three-bed semi-detached properties and two two-bedroom semi-detached houses.
If approved by High Peak Borough Council, the new homes would have driveways, providing off-street parking accessed off Bute Street.
The site is opposite the junction with Kilmory Fold, and close to the old Shire Hill Hospital.
