Plans have been submitted for six new homes to be built on land off Blackshaw Clough in Glossop.
The application, made to High Peak Borough Council, is for six three-bedroomed homes to be built on the site adjacent to the former Hawkshead Mill site, where development is already underway for 31 new homes.
In documents submitted, the applicant acknowledges it is a greenfield site but state it is located within the defined built-up area boundary in the local plan.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk
