Plans in the pipeline in High Peak

Hayfield could soon have another self-contained holiday let.

High Peak Borough Council planners have granted change of use permission for a former shop at Top of the Town, Church Street.

Other applications approved in the last few days include:

  • Building comprising offices/workshops on the ground floor and a flat above, land at Forge Road, Chinley.
  • Two storey rear extension to replace single storey area of house, 1 New Mills Road,  Birch Vale.
  • Single storey front garage extension, 52 Eccles Road, Chapel.
