Plans in the pipeline in the High Peak

These are some of the latest planning applications received by High Peak Borough Council.

They include:

  • Two storey side extension, single storey rear extension and alterations   to an opening to provide  patio doors, at Barn Cottage, Ashbourne Lane, Chapel.
  • Rear extension and conversion of garage into an office, 4 Vale Mount, Hadfield.
  • Two storey side extension, to provide accommodation at 16 Manners Close, Chinley.

Meanwhile, two planning applications from Tintwistle have gone to the borough council.

One in outline, with all matters reserved, is for two pairs of semi-detached houses with private access and car parking, at the rear of The Stables on Manchester Road.

There is also an application to demolish outbuildings at a property at 1 Woolley Lane and erect a single storey pitched roof rear extension.
