Anyone who can assist with their enquiries, witnessed the incident or knows the identity of those responsible is asked to call 101 or report it online at https://www.derbyshire.police.uk/contactus, quoting occurrence reference 21000502609 and the officer in the case PCSO 4416 Morris.

A Glossop Police SNT spokesperson said: "This is the second such report at the cemetery and as you can appreciate these incidents have caused much distress and anguish to those families involved."
