Police appeal after youths seen 'play fighting' on Glossop streets

Police are appealing for information after a group of around 15 youths were seen 'play fighting' on streets in Glossop. 

Glossop Police Safer Neighbourhood Team said they received reports of the group 'causing anti-social behaviour' on Sunday afternoon (12 December). 

It happened sometime between 4.15pm and 4.55pm in the area of Hollincross Lane, Pikes Lane and surrounding streets. 

Police say the group were 'shouting and screaming, including running in and out of the road and bumping into parked cars'. 

Anyone with information, CCTV or dash cam footage which may help identify members of the group is being asked to call 101, report it online at www.derbyshire.police.uk, quoting occurrence reference 21000724515.
