Police have continued to target speeding 'hotspot' areas around Glossopdale by carrying out checks on a busy stretch of road near the A57 Snake Pass.
Officers from Glossop Safer Neighbourhood Team were out on Sunday (23 January) on Sheffield Road between 11.45am and 12.30pm.
During that time, 436 vehicles passed them. Of those, three were recorded driving at speeds in excess of 36 miles per hour, where the speed limit is 30mph.
Police say those drivers will be 'notified of their speeding'.
Glossop Police SNT said on its Facebook page: "Over the next few weeks, the team will be targeting more hot spot areas highlighted by the community and we'd welcome any further suggestions of locations that the community may have."
Earlier in the week, officers were also clocking speeding drivers on Marple Road in Charlesworth.
