Police are to question two young people after seizing cannabis from them in the High Peak.
Glossop and New Mills' Safer Neighbourhood Teams have taken the drugs from them over the past fortnight and they will be "brought into the police station" for interview, police said on Thursday afternoon (24 June).
PC Jay Taylor, of Glossop SNT, is urging anyone with information that can assist with investigations into local youths being involved in the use of or purchase of drugs to call 101 or report it online at https://www.derbyshire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/.
He also said that, if preferred, people can approach a police officer in complete confidence with any information, or pass on any details completely anonymously via CrimeStoppers by calling 0800 555 111.
"Remember information does and will help us to form a bigger picture of how local youths are getting hold of and using drugs," he added.
