Riding to raise money for cancer charity that cared for brother

A Hadfield man has raised more than a thousand pounds for The Christie in memory of his brother.

Jarrod Ashton from Crowden Drive cycles from Manchester to Blackpool every year to support the hospital which treated his brother Rick.

This year Jarrod’s Ride4Rick managed to raise £1,100 which will go to help The Christie build a new research centre.
