New applications
A number of planning applications have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council include:
- Two storey gable addition at 74 Blackbrook Drive, Chinley
- Proposed two storey rear extension at 18 Rosey Bank, Jane Lane, Buxworth
- Change of use from commercial, business and service (Use Class E) to two dwelling houses at 33-37 Charles Street, Glossop
- Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension at 21 Crescent Drive, Furness Vale
- Replacement of existing timber window with new UPVC windows Primrose Court, Market Street, Hayfield
- Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension at 23A Dinting Road, Glossop
- New 20m x 60m menage and associated engineering works at Ridge Top Farm, Ridge Top Lane, Hayfield
- Extension and new dormer to front of property at 16A Cowbrook Avenue, Glossop
- External Rooftop Installation of a 100kW Solar PV System at Woodside Works, Woodside Street, New Mills
Plans approved
Plans that have been given the go ahead and granted permission by High Peak Borough Council include:
- Single storey rear extension at 8 Jordan Street, Glossop
- Installation of small seating area onto an existing stone outbuilding at 13 Lake View, Unnamed Road from Calico Lane to Lakeview, Furness Vale
- Extension to lean-to conservatory at 6 Hobhill Meadows, Glossop
- New 2x Kelvion GF-PC202G4H 4 Fan Gas Cooler & 2x Teko Booster Compressor Pack on new concrete base and new 2.7m high palisade fence with access gates at Tesco Stores, Bridgemont, Whaley Bridge
- Single storey extension at Ellibancke Farm, Redmoor Lane, New Mills
- Change of use from offices to two one-bedroom dwellings (flats) at 7 Railway Street, Glossop
