A number of planning applications have been submitted to the borough council, which include:
- Front extension, rear dormer extension and raise main roof height at 38 Horderns Park Road, Chapel-en-le-Frith
- Front porch at 7 Linglongs Avenue, Whaley Bridge
- Loft conversion including rear dormer window at 55 Norfolk Street, Glossop
- Proposed single storey rear extension at 9 Winnats Close, Glossop
- Proposed rear dormer and single storey side and rear extension at 57 Ashton Street, Glossop
- Siting of shepherds hut for use as a farm holiday accommodation and associated groundworks at Old House Farm, Beech Lane, Dove Holes
- Single storey rear kitchen extension at 17-21, Barber Street, Padfield, Glossop
Plans approved
Plans that have been given the go ahead and granted permission by High Peak Borough Council include:
- Additional door to side elevation at 7 Winnats Close, Glossop
- General purpose agricultural shed at Valley Farm, Whitehough Head Lane, Whitehough
- Single storey rear extension at 10 Appleton Drive, Glossop
- Single storey rear extension at 188 Hadfield Road, Hadfield, Glossop
- Single storey extensions to existing dwelling. Erection of Annex in Garden at 2 Bank Street, Glossop
- Conversion of the upper storeys of the existing buildings on the site from office to residential accommodation together with a side extension at 2, 4, 6, Henry Street, and 8 Railway Street, Glossop
